Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items, perishable goods, and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Go to Order History, select the order in question, and follow the return instructions. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
